4.1 Which shipping methods do you recommend for sending running shoes to the US or Europe?
Sea freight (FOB Xiamen) for bulk — roughly 25–35 days to EU ports and 20–30 days to the US West Coast. Air freight is for samples and short-fill stock. We book the space and prepare the documents either way. → Shipping Solutions
4.2 Do you handle customs documentation and export formalities?

4.5 Can you ship directly to our distribution centers or third-party warehouses?

4.6 How do you calculate freight costs for bulk shipments?

4.7 Do you provide tracking information for our orders?

4.8 What should we do if there are delays at the destination port?
