Basketball Shoe Factory – High-Top / Low-Top, Cushion Tech
OEM and ODM basketball shoes for sport brands — high-top, mid-cut and low-top builds, 800-pair MOQ, 45–60 day production and FOB Xiamen shipping
Custom Basketball Shoe Production from Design to Bulk Order
Private Label, Start to Finish
Shoetec handles private-label basketball shoes and running models from first spec to packed carton: branding, packaging and custom fit, shipped retail-ready under your label.
Quality Control on Every Batch
An independent QC team checks every stage and runs performance tests, so returns stay low and your sizing and finish stay consistent batch to batch.
OEM & Custom Sole Development
Our Jinjiang factory runs full OEM support: outsole patterns, mesh structure and midsole formulas built to your brief, so the line looks like yours and not a catalogue model.
Cushioning, shock absorption and light uppers are set per model, so a high-top and a low-top from the same range feel different to the player. We tune the midsole to the court and price point you are targeting.
Basketball Shoes Built for Distributors and Sport Brands
High-tops and low-tops with EVA or super-foam cushioning, reinforced collars and rubber outsoles, built to your size grading and colourway.
OEM Basketball Shoes – Your Spec, Our Line
We run your tech pack or adapt a house pattern: sole tooling, mesh structure and midsole formula set for rebound and lateral stability.
Custom Basketball Models on Your Own Tooling
Build a signature model: co-develop the design, approve the counter sample, then cut exclusive molds that are not sold to another client.
Private Label Basketball Footwear, Box to Badge
Your logo on the upper, the box and the hangtag. We handle the full private-label chain so the collection ships retail-ready under your brand.
Wholesale Basketball Shoes Shipped FOB Xiamen
Container-ready wholesale runs from our Jinjiang lines, with mixed SKUs, consistent QC and 98% on-time delivery for distributors and importers.
Independent QC on Every Basketball Batch
Sole traction, stitching endurance and cushioning are checked against the approved sample before cartons are sealed. You receive the QC report with photos.

Basketball Shoes FAQ – Jinjiang Shoetec
1.1 Can Shoetec develop a new basketball shoe model from our sketch?
Send a sketch, a reference pair or just a mood board and our ODM team turns it into a wearable basketball shoe. We build the last, spec the cushioning and draft the outsole pattern, then hand you two or three material and colour directions based on what is selling in your market. You approve the design before any tooling is cut. The same process runs for running shoes and fashion sneakers.
1.2 Can you manufacture our existing basketball designs exactly as specified?
Yes. Our OEM team runs your tech pack, last and size grading as written. Before quoting we check stitch density, collar padding, lace-line reinforcement and sole bonding, and we flag anything that would fail a wear test or push cost up. Nothing goes to bulk until your counter sample is approved.
1.3 Do you offer recycled or lower-impact materials for basketball shoes?
Yes. We can build uppers from rPET knit or recycled mesh, outsoles from GRS-certified rubber, and linings from organic cotton. Every recycled component is documented for your EU or US sustainability filing. Our factory holds BSCI and GRS audit records, and REACH / RSL reports come per material lot.
1.4 How fast can you produce a basketball sample after design approval?
A colourway change on a current mold is around 10 days. A new outsole tool plus a new last runs closer to 25 days. Sample cost is quoted with the timeline and refunded against the bulk invoice. We confirm material specs before starting, because that is where most delays actually come from.
1.5 Can you build a full basketball line instead of one shoe?
Yes. We plan a range around your price tiers: usually a flagship high-top, a mid-cut and a low-top, plus two or three colourways each. Shared midsoles keep tooling cost down across the line. We can also coordinate with the same buyer on outdoor or casual styles.
1.6 Do you take small startup orders or only large volume?
Both. Minimum is 800 pairs per style and colour, so a new brand can launch one model first. Startup accounts get the same Export Manager, QC protocol and packaging support as larger buyers. Several EU and North American accounts began with a single trial run and grew from there.
1.7 Which basketball shoe types do you build?
High-tops, mid-tops and low-tops, plus court-ready performance and lifestyle models. We work with EVA and super-foam cushioning, herringbone outsoles and reinforced ankle collars. Adjacent categories such as running, work shoes and winter boots run on the same lines.
1.8 Can you match our Pantone colours and material specs?
Yes. We lab-dip on the actual bulk material, not paper, and send physical chips for approval before dyeing. Uppers, foams and outsoles can come from our library or a mill you nominate that we can audit. Custom prints, embossed logos and Pantone matching are quoted per model.
2.1 What is the MOQ for custom basketball shoes?
800 pairs per style, per colour. Carry-over styles on an existing last can go down to 300–500 pairs, and a mixed-SKU container lets you spread one order across models. Send your target volume and we will quote the exact floor with the price break.
2.2 Do larger basketball orders get lower unit prices?
Yes. Unit cost steps down at roughly 3,000, 6,000 and 12,000 pairs per style, because bigger runs let us buy foam, rubber and mesh by the full roll. We quote against your forecast in about one working day so you can plan the season.
2.3 Are there hidden costs when ordering basketball shoes from Shoetec?
No. A quote itemises material, labour, tooling, testing and packaging. Extras such as third-party lab tests, air freight or rush production are separate lines you approve in writing before we spend anything. Sample fees are refunded against the bulk invoice.
2.4 Can we mix several basketball styles in one shipment?
Yes. You can combine mixed basketball models in a single container. Most brands use this to test a high-top and a low-top in the same market before reordering the winner. We tune the packing list to fill the container, with per-style minimum still 800 pairs.
2.5 How do you handle raw material price changes?
We lock material prices for the length of a confirmed order, so a jump in rubber or EVA foam does not change your unit cost mid-run. On annual programs we set a review window, usually every six months, and show the mill quotations behind any change before applying it.
3.1 How long does bulk basketball production take?
45 to 60 days from approved sample to ship date on a standard 800–5,000 pair run. Peak season (August to October) can add about a week, so we lock your slot when the deposit lands. You get a photo update at cutting, stitching, lasting and packing, plus the QC report before the container leaves Xiamen.
3.2 Can you take a rush basketball order before a season?
Often yes, if your slot is open and the materials are in stock. A rush run on an existing mold can move to 30 days for a surcharge that covers overtime and air freight. Tell us your drop date early — the earlier we see it, the more room we have to reshuffle the line without touching the QC steps.
3.3 How do you ship basketball shoes to the US or Europe?
Sea freight (FOB Xiamen) is the default for bulk: roughly 25–35 days to EU ports and 20–30 days to the US West Coast. Air freight suits samples and short-fill stock. Our forwarder books the space, prepares the documents and clears customs, and we can quote DDP door-to-door if your team would rather have one invoice.
3.4 Do you help with customs and import paperwork?
Yes. We issue the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus the BSCI or GRS paperwork your EU or US importer may ask for. Duty is set by your country, but we keep the HS codes and declared values accurate so nothing stalls in customs. We ship to Europe, North America, Oceania and the Middle East regularly.
3.5 What packing keeps basketball shoes undamaged in transit?
Reinforced 5-ply export cartons with individual polybag wrapping and a board layer between pairs. For humid routes we add desiccant; for high-stack containers we add corner guards. If you want retail-ready boxes with your own print, we pack to your carton spec so the units arrive shelf-ready.
4.1 What QC steps run during basketball production?
Three stages. Inline checks at stitching and lasting catch issues while the run is still live. A mid-production audit looks at sole bonding and stitch density. Then a final AQL 2.5 random inspection on finished cartons covers colour fastness, bonding and workmanship against your spec. We ship only what passes all three.
4.2 Are your facilities audited for labour and safety?
Yes. The factory holds a current BSCI audit and we keep the report on file for buyers who need it for their own compliance records. Wages, working hours and safety are reviewed on the audit cycle, and no work is sub-contracted without your written approval. Ask us for the latest report before your first order.
4.3 Can you supply REACH and chemical test reports?
Yes. We arrange REACH, Prop 65 and RSL testing through accredited third-party labs, with the reports issued per material lot so they trace back to the shoes you actually receive. Testing can run before bulk or on shipment samples, whichever your compliance team prefers. Reports come in your standard document pack.
4.4 What happens if a basketball order arrives with defects?
If the fault is ours — bonding, stitching, sizing or material — we replace the affected pairs or credit them, your choice. Send photos and the carton numbers within 30 days of arrival and we open a claim the same week. We keep your production sample on file, so we can compare it and confirm the cause quickly.
4.5 Do you wear-test new basketball models?
Yes. New models go to a wear-test panel of 10–20 players for two to four weeks, covering court grip, ankle support, cushioning and outsole wear. We log the feedback, and if something fails — a delaminating sole, a collapsing collar — we fix the spec before bulk. You get a short summary of the results with your sample.
5.1 How do we start a basketball shoe project?
Send your sketch, tech pack or reference photos through our contact form or by email. We reply within 24 hours with a few questions and a rough price band, then book a call to align on volume, materials and timing. Most projects move from first enquiry to a quoted sample inside a week.
5.2 Will we have one contact for the whole project?
Yes. One Export Manager owns your account from first sample to final shipment, so the same person handles your tech pack, sample approvals, QC reports and shipping documents. On larger programs we add a production coordinator, but your Export Manager stays the single point of contact.
5.3 Can you handle logo and packaging branding for our basketball line?
Yes. We handle woven and printed labels, embossed or debossed logos, printed insoles, hangtags and retail box print. Send your brand assets and we return mockups of label placement and box artwork for approval. Packaging is quoted as a separate line so you can see the cost per unit.
5.4 Do we get exclusivity on a basketball design you make for us?
For ODM work we sign an NDA and, on request, an exclusivity agreement covering the model, the last and the outsole tool. Those designs are not sold to other clients or listed in our public catalog without your written go-ahead. The tool stays tied to your account for as long as you keep reordering.
5.5 Can you repeat a basketball model that sold well last season?
Send the previous order number or style code and we pull the spec, last and outsole from your file so the new batch matches the last one. Colour can shift a shade between dye lots, so we re-dip and confirm if it has been more than a season. Repeat orders usually ship faster than a first run. Browse everything we make in our product catalog.
