Fashion Sneaker Factory – Custom Patterns, EU 36–46
OEM & ODM fashion sneaker production in Jinjiang, private label runs from 800 pairs, and custom uppers, soles and colourways built to your line sheet
What a fashion sneaker program looks like when one factory runs it
Order sizes that match your stage
We take OEM and private label runs from 800 pairs per style, so a first order can be small enough to test a channel before you commit to a season. When a style sells, the reorder runs lower again because the mold and pattern are already set.
Private label and white label, on the same line
Your logo can go on the tongue, heel, sockliner and box for private and white label runs, and we build the branding files with you rather than asking you to hand over a finished pack. The approved sample and colour standard stay on record, so a repeat order matches the first run.
QC and after-sales on every run
Three checkpoints sit on each order: incoming material, in-line assembly and a final AQL 2.5 audit. An export manager stays reachable after the container leaves Xiamen, so a problem months later still has someone to answer for it.
Inspectors check materials, upper stitching, sole bonding and packing against the approved sample on every run. Catching a drift at the line keeps it out of your warehouse, and that is what holds defect claims under 0.5% of shipped pairs on your fashion sneaker line.
Fashion sneakers built for everyday wear
Mesh, knit, leather and recycled textile uppers on lasts we run for EU 36–46 and US 5–12, with cushioning set for all-day walking rather than a short try-on.
Private label fashion sneakers under your own name
From mood board to shelf-ready pair, we handle pattern making, sampling and packaging artwork so the range reads as your label, not as ours.
Custom colourways, soles and trims
Pick the upper material, sole shape, lace and hardware, then lock the colour against a standard. Every spec is logged, so a reorder matches the run you approved.
White label styles that are ready to run
Choose from existing white label molds and colour packs, add your branding, and move to production without paying for new tooling or a full design cycle.
Casual sneakers with cushioned midsoles
EVA, phylon and memory-foam builds tested for flex and rebound, so the pair still feels right after months of wear instead of only at unboxing.
Small-batch runs for new labels
Startups and boutique labels order from 800 pairs, restock best-sellers later at lower volumes, and keep the same lasts and colour standards across seasons.

Fashion Sneaker Manufacturing FAQ
1.1 Can you build fashion sneakers that hold up next to big-brand pairs?
We can. Shoetec runs fashion uppers in knit, mesh, full-grain leather and recycled textile, and builds the sole unit to the ride your line needs. Patterns are drawn from scratch rather than copied, so nothing clashes with a trademark. Send a reference pair and we will cost the closest build we can actually make at your volume, not just the closest look. It also helps to know where your styles sit against the wider lifestyle sneaker market before you commit to a range.
1.2 Can you develop white sneakers or specific streetwear silhouettes?
Yes. We take your mood board or a reference pair and quote a clean version without logos or protected details. Upper panels, sole shape, eyelet count and collar height are all open to change. Most streetwear programs reach a first sample in 10 to 25 days, depending on how far the sole mold is from one we already run.
1.3 What materials do you use for comfortable lifestyle sneakers?
The usual mix is breathable knit or mesh, full-grain or split leather, and recycled textile where you want a greener claim. Linings are breathable mesh with a foam collar, and midsoles run EVA, phylon or memory foam. You can pick from our stock material library or name a supplier, and GRS, OEKO-TEX and REACH reports travel with the order.
1.4 Can you develop wide width fashion sneakers for specific markets?
We can. Wide and extra-wide lasts are adjusted at the toe box, instep and heel cup rather than simply scaled up, so the fit reads wide without looking flat. We hold EU 36–46 and US 5–12 lasts and can cut a market-specific wide last when your size curve calls for it. Fit is confirmed on a physical sample before anything goes to bulk.
1.5 How do you handle sustainable materials for eco-conscious brands?
We buy from OEKO-TEX and GRS certified mills and keep the certificates on file, so a sustainability claim is documented rather than a marketing line. Recycled polyester uppers, organic cotton canvas, bio-based EVA and water-based adhesives are all available. Each batch ships with the material declaration and test report you need at customs.
1.6 Is it possible to create a complete seasonal collection of streetwear shoes?
Yes, and it is one of the programs we run most. We build a capsule around your season, usually four to eight styles, sharing lasts and soles to cut tooling cost, then lock colourways against a seasonal palette. Design files, samples and costing arrive together, so you can place the full range in one production block instead of dribbling it out.
1.7 Can you replicate specific sole technologies for better arch support?
We develop sole units with the arch support, heel drop and cushioning you specify. The team tests EVA and phylon densities and, where volume justifies it, a dual-density midsole. You approve the compound on a sample, and from then on the spec is locked, so reorders keep the same underfoot feel and flex rather than drifting.
1.8 Do you help with packaging design for private label fashion sneakers?
We do. Shoebox size, board grade, printing, tissue, hangtags and the inner label can all carry your branding, and we match label text to EU and Middle East import rules. Our team prepares the artwork with you and keeps the approved box on file, so a repeat order ships in the same packaging without a second design round.
2.1 How long does it take to get samples for new trendy sneakers?
A first sample usually takes 10 to 25 days from the point we hold your spec and reference. A change to an existing style lands near 10 days; a brand-new sole mold pushes toward the top of the range. We confirm the exact schedule in writing after reading your brief, and you see photos before it ships.
2.2 Can I request samples before committing to a bulk order?
Yes, and we prefer it. A sample is how you check fit, finish and colour before money goes into a production run. You can also order a second size or a contrast colourway to compare side by side. Send the spec sheet and we will walk you through the sample request, so the pair you judge is the pair we make.
2.3 What if I need changes made to the sample after receiving it?
Send marked-up comments and we revise. We work in rounds until the sample matches your brief, whether the issue is stitch density, sole hardness, colour or collar height. Changes we can make on the existing mold move fast; a new sole profile adds a round. Nothing goes to bulk until you sign off.
2.4 Do you charge for samples and can it be refunded later?
Sample cost covers the materials and the line time, and we quote it before we start. It is often credited against the bulk order once you confirm a production run, so you are not paying twice for the same development. The terms sit in the quotation, so there is no surprise line item later.
2.5 Can you make samples for wide width fashion sneakers specifically?
Yes. Wide width lives or dies on the last, so we build the sample on the exact wide last and send it for real-foot testing before anything is scaled. Toe box room, midfoot volume and heel grip all get checked. It is worth one extra sample to avoid shipping a fit that comes straight back.
2.6 How many rounds of sampling are usually needed?
Most fashion sneaker projects close in one to two rounds. A technical style with a new sole may need a third. We cut the count by asking the right questions up front, such as size range, target price, colour standard and reference pair, instead of discovering them mid-sample. That keeps both your calendar and your sample budget under control.
2.7 Can I see photos or videos of the sample before shipping?
Yes. Before we dispatch, we send high-resolution photos from every angle plus a short video of the pair flexing and the sole edge. You can give feedback on the spot, which often saves a full round. It also leaves you a visual record to compare against the bulk shipment when it lands.
2.8 Do you ship samples internationally to the US and Europe?
We ship samples by DHL or FedEx to the US, Europe and the Middle East on a regular basis. You either give us your courier account or pay the freight, and we handle the export paperwork. Transit is usually three to seven days, so the physical pair is in your hands quickly.
3.1 What is the minimum order quantity for private label fashion sneakers?
Our opening MOQ is around 800 pairs per style, and it can move with the design, sole and material. A style that reuses one of our existing molds starts lower than one needing a new sole. Tell us your target quantity and price point and we will propose what we can actually run, rather than quoting a number we cannot hold.
3.2 Can I start with a small batch for my new streetwear brand?
Yes. New streetwear labels fit our smaller runs well. We would usually start with one or two hero styles at the 800-pair level, prove the sell-through, then add widths and colourways. Sizes and colours can be mixed inside that order, which keeps your first inventory balanced instead of heavy on one variant.
3.3 Do you allow mixed sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. A single order can carry a full size curve and several colourways, which is how most retail assortments are built. We agree the size ratio and colour split before production so the cutting and lasting lines are planned around it. There is no need to overbuy one size or colour just to reach the MOQ.
3.4 How does the pricing change with different order volumes?
Unit price falls as volume rises, mainly through material buying and setup spreading across more pairs. A 3,000-pair run costs less per pair than an 800-pair run of the same style. We quote tiered prices against your estimated quantities, and the tiers are based on what the factory can actually save, not a sales estimate.
3.5 Is there a different MOQ for sustainable or special material sneakers?
Special materials can lift the MOQ a little, because mills set their own minimums on recycled and bio-based fabrics. We try to keep the increase small by grouping your order with our standing material purchases. If a material would push the MOQ past your budget, we say so early and offer a close alternative that fits.
3.6 Can I reorder popular styles with a lower MOQ later?
Usually, yes. Once a style, last and sole are set, a repeat order costs less and can often run at a lower quantity than the first run. We keep your pattern, colour standard and approved sample on file, so a reorder matches the original without a fresh sampling round. Best-sellers are exactly what this is built for.
3.7 What if I need to split shipment for different markets?
We can split a production lot across several shipments and destinations. That lets you send part of the order to a forwarder and part straight to a warehouse, or divide stock between regions. It is common for multi-market brands moving fashion sneakers. Tell us the split when you place the order so the packing lists and labels are prepared correctly.
3.8 Do you offer trial orders for large retailers testing a new supplier?
Yes. Large buyers often start with a trial order before moving volume, and we treat it as a full production run rather than a favour. Same QC points, same reporting, same export paperwork. If the trial goes well, the molds and standards are already in place, so scaling up the next order is faster and lower risk for both sides.
4.1 How long does mass production take after sample approval?
Mass production runs about 45 to 60 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and season. Peak season and festivals can push the top end, so we lock your slot against the delivery date rather than the order date. You get a production schedule in writing, and milestones are reported as the run moves through the line.
4.2 Can you handle rush orders for trendy sneakers if a trend spikes?
We can sometimes compress the line for a clear trend call, if capacity allows and the style reuses an existing mold. A brand-new sole cannot be rushed past its tooling time. Tell us the deadline first and we will say honestly what is possible. Where we cannot hit it, we would rather tell you than promise and miss.
4.3 What is your monthly production capacity for lifestyle sneakers?
Our partner lines across GD, ZJ and FJ are built for hundreds of thousands of pairs a month, and we place large brand contracts alongside boutique runs. The point is the mix, not just the total: a 1,000-pair order is not bumped behind a 100,000-pair one. Capacity is planned by line so both keep moving.
4.4 How do you ensure on-time delivery for holiday seasons?
We reserve production slots against holiday dates and build a buffer into the schedule rather than promising the last possible week. For Christmas or Black Friday, booking your run early is the single biggest factor. We report progress through the run, so if a material slips you hear it while there is still time to react.
4.5 Do you produce all components in-house or outsource some?
Upper cutting, stitching, lasting, bottom attaching and packing run in-house or in partner factories we control directly. Some specialised parts, such as technical soles, engineered foams and certain hardware, come from long-term suppliers. We name the source when it matters to you, and the QC standard is the same whichever line a component comes off.
4.6 What happens if there is a delay in production?
You get a call, not silence. If a material or line issue looks like it will move the ship date, we tell you as soon as it is real, explain the cause and give a revised date. Then we work the options with you, such as a partial shipment, a priority line or air freight on part of the order, to protect your sales window.
4.7 Can you produce multiple styles simultaneously in one order?
Yes. We often run several styles from one order at the same time, sharing lasts and soles where possible. This is how a small collection reaches the shelf together instead of one style at a time. Materials and colourways are tracked per style, so a mixed run does not blur the specs between SKUs.
4.8 How do you manage quality during high-volume production?
Volume does not lower the check. We keep incoming material inspection, in-line checks and a final AQL 2.5 audit on every order, with a set number of pairs pulled at each gate. Reports are kept per batch, so an issue can be traced to the line and the material lot. Defect claims stay under 0.5% of shipped pairs.
5.1 Are your factories compliant with BSCI and labor standards?
Our partner factories hold BSCI and ISO 9001 and are audited on a schedule. Working hours, pay, safety and age records are checked rather than assumed. We keep the audit reports on file and can share them under NDA, so your sourcing team and your customers can see the labour standard behind the shoes. Ethical production is a condition of working with us.
5.2 Do you provide test reports for materials used in fashion sneakers?
Yes. Materials carry the relevant chemical and physical test reports, covering REACH, phthalates, azo dyes and durability where needed, and they travel with the shipment. These documents matter for US and EU import. If a buyer or marketplace asks for a specific test, tell us at the quote stage and we will confirm whether the material already covers it.
5.3 How do you handle quality defects if found upon arrival?
Report the defect with photos and the batch number. We investigate against the retained sample and, where we are at fault, replace the units or credit them. The fix is agreed in writing rather than argued case by case. Because each batch is documented, we can usually trace a fault to the exact production day.
5.4 Can you certify that the sneakers meet EU footwear regulations?
Yes. Footwear going to the EU is built and labelled to REACH and the relevant footwear safety rules, including material declarations and the correct marking. Our compliance team tracks changes in the law, so an order does not get held at customs over labelling. You receive the paperwork needed to place the goods on the EU market.
5.5 What quality checks are performed before shipping?
Before packing, every batch goes through a final random inspection for appearance, dimensions and function. We check for glue stains, loose threads, sole alignment, symmetric sizing and label accuracy. Only pairs that pass that gate are boxed. The inspection sheet is kept on file and can be shared with you before the container is sealed.
5.6 Do you use eco-friendly packaging to match sustainable sneakers?
Yes. Recycled board, soy-based inks, FSC paper and plastic-free filler are available, and they pair naturally with a recycled-content shoe. If your brand makes an environmental claim, the packaging should not undercut it. Tell us the standard you need and we will match the box, tissue and hangtags to it.
5.7 How do you ensure color consistency across different batches?
We match colour against an approved standard and keep the master swatch and a pair from each batch on file. Material lots are checked against that standard before cutting, so a reorder months later still reads the same on the shelf. Where a small variation is unavoidable in a natural material, we flag it before production, not after.
5.8 Are your workers trained specifically for fashion sneaker assembly?
The workers who run fashion programs are trained on the specific operations they handle, such as upper stitching, sole bonding, lasting and finishing, rather than rotating through general work. Complex details like multi-panel uppers and stitch patterns need that focus. It is one reason the finish on our fashion runs holds up under factory inspection.
6.1 How do you ship bulk orders of streetwear shoes to the USA?
For the US we use sea freight when cost matters and air freight when the calendar is tight. FCL is the usual choice for a full order, and LCL works for a smaller first run. We handle booking and export documents out of Xiamen, and give you the arrival window before the container leaves so you can plan receiving.
6.2 Can you help with import duties and customs clearance for footwear?
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and we advise on the HS code and labelling. Import duty itself is the buyer's cost and is set by your country. Getting the paperwork and the code right is where we help, and it is the difference between a clean clearance and a delay at the port.
6.3 What shipping terms do you offer for wholesale sneaker orders?
We quote FOB Xiamen as the default, and can work CIF or DDP when you want us to carry more of the journey. FOB is transparent and gives you control of the forwarder, while DDP suits buyers who want one delivered price. Choose the term that fits how you import and we will build the quotation around it.
6.4 How long does sea freight take to Europe for fashion sneakers?
Sea freight to major European ports runs about 30 to 40 days door to port, depending on the destination and the routing. We fold that transit into the timeline, so the date you plan against is the arrival date rather than the ship date. If that is too slow for a season, air freight is the alternative we quote.
6.5 Do you offer tracking for bulk shipments?
Yes. Once your order sails, we pass on the booking and tracking details so you can follow the container. You will know the vessel, the departure and the estimated arrival, and we keep you updated on any change. Your export manager stays the point of contact through transit, not just until the invoice is paid.
6.6 Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses directly?
Yes, we ship to FBA warehouses and follow the labelling, carton and packing rules that go with them. Getting the FNSKU labels and box specs right up front avoids a rejection at the receiving dock. Provide your shipment plan and warehouse code and we will prepare and route the order to it.
6.7 What happens if goods are damaged during transit?
Shipments are insured, and if damage happens we help you file the claim with all the evidence the carrier needs, such as photos, the packing list and the inspection report. We do not leave you to chase it alone. Where our packing is the cause we fix it, and where the carrier is responsible we support the claim until it is settled.
6.8 Do you consolidate shipments for multiple orders?
Yes. If several styles or SKUs are landing at the same time, we can combine them into one shipment, which cuts freight cost and simplifies receiving. Consolidation is planned before packing, so the cartons are marked clearly and each order stays separable inside the container. It is a simple way to save on a mixed restock.
7.1 Why should we choose Shoetec over other manufacturers?
Shoetec has made footwear since 2005, works with more than 30 global brands, and moves 1.5 million pairs a year from Jinjiang. That is two decades of expertise on the factory floor. What that buys you is a partner who can quote, sample and ship without hand-offs, keeps MOQs workable, and answers the phone after the order. We are set up for repeat business, not one-off deals.
7.2 Do you sign NDAs to protect our sneaker designs?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share designs, tech packs or sales data, and we keep your patterns and molds off-limits to other clients. Files are access-controlled inside the team, and your project is not shown as a reference without permission. Your design staying yours is a condition of the relationship, not a favour.
7.3 Can you help with market analysis for new sneaker trends?
We track what our brand clients are buying each season and can share that read, such as which silhouettes, soles and materials are moving, so you can plan a range with a sense of the market. We are not a research firm, but the order flow we see gives a practical view. Use it alongside your own sales data.
7.4 What is your policy on returning defective bulk orders?
If a bulk order has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we replace the affected units or credit them. We define what counts as a defect against the approved sample, in writing, up front, so there is no argument later. Each batch is traceable to its production day, which makes a claim quick to verify rather than a matter of opinion.
7.5 How do we start a project with Shoetec?
Send us an inquiry with your design idea, reference pair or target specs and the markets you sell in. We reply within 24 hours, then set up a call to go through quantity, timeline and price. If it fits, we move to sampling. You do not need a finished tech pack to start; a clear brief and a reference are enough to quote.
7.6 Do you offer exclusive designs that won't be sold to others?
Yes. A design or mold developed for you can be held exclusively and not offered to other clients, under the agreement. That protects the look you paid to develop and keeps it off a competitor's shelf. When a style is exclusive, it is written into the terms, so the understanding is enforceable rather than verbal.
7.7 Can you support us with marketing images for the sneakers?
We provide factory photos, flat-lay and on-foot shots of your production samples, which cover internal review and early marketing. For a full campaign you would want a studio shoot, but our images are good enough to test a listing, brief a photographer or show a buyer. They also double as a visual record of the approved sample.
7.8 What payment terms do you accept for large orders?
The usual structure is a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment or against the bill of lading copy. Terms can be adjusted for repeat buyers and larger volumes, and we set them in the contract rather than informally. We aim for terms both sides can live with, so the cash flow fits your business as well as ours.
