How an Order Moves Through Our Factory
Eight steps from your first email to shoes loaded into a container at Xiamen port — covering outdoor, work, athletic, and casual footwear.
1. Inquiry & Consultation
Send us your spec sheet, target FOB price, and quantity. We reply within 24 hours with a feasibility note and rough MOQ.
2. Design & Development
Our 8-person R&D team turns your sketch or reference shoe into a tech pack and 3D mock-up. You sign off before we cut any fabric.
3. Sample Production
Counter samples take 7–10 days, customized samples 14–20 days. Sample cost is refundable against your bulk order.
4. Mass Production
Once the pre-production sample passes your QC, we book lines, lock materials, and run the bulk — usually 45–60 days end to end.
5. Quality Inspection
Inline checks at cutting, stitching, and lasting; final AQL 2.5 inspection on the packed cartons. A QC report is emailed before shipment.
6. Packaging & Labeling
Polybag + inner box + master carton by default. We print your barcodes, hangtags, and care labels; UPC / EAN stickers applied if you supply them.
7. Shipping & Logistics
We book FOB Xiamen with your nominated forwarder, or arrange DDP sea freight to LA / Hamburg / Sydney on request. ISF / AMS filed for US shipments.
8. After-Sales Support
Your Export Manager stays reachable for reorder planning, defect claims, and spec adjustments. Replacement or credit is handled within 30 days of receipt.

Material Selection
Pick from genuine leather, microfiber, knit mesh, recycled PET, GRS-certified rubber outsoles, and Vibram® lug soles — sourced from mills we've worked with for 10+ years.
Design Customization
Tweak an existing last from our library, or send us a tech pack for a fully custom build. We handle athletic shoes, boots, sandals, and casual styles; logo placement, Pantone color matching, and custom outsole tooling all available.
Packaging Solutions
5-ply corrugated mailers for e-commerce DTC brands, retail-ready 12-pair display cartons, recycled kraft boxes for EU buyers, plus tissue / wrap / insert / hangtag bundles.
Working Terms
MOQ
800 pairs per style, per color. Lower runs (300–500) are possible on carry-over styles from our existing mold bank — ask your Export Manager.
Sampling
Digital mock-up free; physical counter sample USD 80–150 (refundable on bulk order); customized sample USD 200–400 with your logo / pattern.
Lead Time
45–60 days from sample approval to FOB Xiamen. Add 7 days for pantone-dyed uppers, 10 days for custom outsole tooling.
Payment & Shipping Terms
Payment Structure
30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight accepted for orders above USD 30,000.
Shipping Methods
FOB Xiamen as default. CIF, DDP (by sea or air), and EXW also available — just tell us your destination port.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB, COO, and CISF-formatted QC sheet bundled with each shipment; REACH / CPSIA test reports on request.
