Branded slides production: from logo sample to wholesale order

Custom logo slides, built to your strap spec

Shoetec runs embossed, printed and molded branding on straps, footbeds and soles. Send a vector logo and a Pantone number, and we quote tooling separately from unit cost so you can see what a new mold actually adds to the pair.

Private label slides from your sketch or ours

Our private label program covers material, sole shape and strap width, backed by our Jinjiang factory team. Most buyers send a tech pack; if you don't have one, we build it with you. MOQ for a private label run is 300 pairs per style.

Packing, logistics and compliance under one roof

Printed boxes, hang tags, polybags and barcodes are handled in-house. We also prepare the REACH, California Prop 65 and BSCI paperwork that EU and US retailers ask for, so nothing stalls at customs.

Partner plants in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian let us run small trial batches and full container loads on the same schedule. Bulk slide programs usually ship 45-60 days after sample approval.

Custom embossed logo slides in three colorways on a studio table

Custom Logo Slides That Carry Your Brand

Embossing, silk-screen printing and laser marking turn a plain slide into a branded one. We pull-test the mark so the logo still reads clearly against sport sandals and slides after a full season of wear.

EVA slides with cushioned ergonomic footbeds in three colors

EVA Slides with a Cushioned, Tested Footbed

We mold footbeds from EVA, PVC or recycled rubber, then check arch height and strap tension before packing. Pairs land flat and even, which keeps lifestyle brands and swim retailers free of fit complaints.

Private label slide range with custom strap and footbed branding

Private Label Slides Built to Your Brief

Bring a sketch, a reference pair or just a mood board. Our in-house team turns slides and casual shoes into a matching line, from sole pattern to box artwork, with your brand on every surface you choose.

Water-friendly pool slides stacked and ready for a wholesale shipment

Wholesale Pool Slides That Survive Water and Chlorine

Water-friendly straps and quick-dry footbeds. We run bulk batches of pool slides and flip flops for shops and distributors, with colorfastness tested so the pair doesn't fade after one summer.

Small-batch slide samples lined up for buyer approval

MOQ from 300 Pairs and a 45-Day Production Window

Small trial runs start at 300 pairs per style, which suits a first season or a limited drop. Once the style proves itself, we scale the same line to container volume without changing the spec or the materials.

Inspector checking strap strength on a finished slide

Three QC Points Before Your Slides Ship

Inspectors check strap strength, footbed fit and logo clarity at intake, in-line and final AQL 2.5. Anything that fails the pull test is pulled out before the carton is sealed and labeled.

Shoetec Slides & Pool Slides FAQ

Product Customization & Design Capabilities

1.1 Can you make slides that look and perform like the big brands without legal issues?

We can match the comfort and grip people expect from big-name slides, but every pattern we cut is original. Our R&D team studies cushioning, strap geometry and tread layout, then builds a design that clears a trademark search. No brand marks are copied, and we share the sole drawing with you for sign-off before tooling starts, so you own the shape you paid for.

1.2 Do you offer full ODM services if I don't have my own design team?

Yes. If you have no design team, we work from a mood board or a target price and propose a full seasonal range. We look at what sells in Europe and the Middle East, sketch six to ten styles, then take your picks through technical drawings, material selection and a sample. You approve, we produce. The whole range runs on our ODM line, so you don't need to hire anyone.

1.3 Can I get custom logos and packaging for my private label slides?

Yes. Logos can be embossed into the footbed, silk-screened on the strap, molded into the sole or applied as a metal badge. Packaging covers printed boxes, hang tags, polybags and barcodes. We also quote recycled and FSC-certified board if your brand is pushing a greener story, and we send a physical box sample before the run.

1.4 What materials do you recommend for durable yet comfortable slides?

It depends on the use. For light everyday slides we mold the footbed in EVA and the outsole in a softer EVA compound. For pool and outdoor pairs we switch to rubber or a rubber-EVA blend so the tread survives wet tile, sand and gravel. We send material chips so you can feel the difference before you commit to a spec.

1.5 Can you develop slides specifically for hotel spas or pool areas?

Yes, this is a steady category for us. Spa and pool slides use a quick-dry footbed and a rubber outsole with a tested slip rating, plus a wide, soft strap that stays comfortable after repeated cleaning. We usually add an embroidered or molded hotel logo. Buyers in this segment typically order 500 to 5,000 pairs in neutral colors, packed in individual polybags.

1.6 How do you ensure the colors match my brand guidelines exactly?

We work to Pantone numbers and send physical color chips for approval before bulk starts. The mixer records the exact ratio, so a reorder two seasons later matches the first run. If a color sits outside a moldable range, we tell you upfront and propose the closest workable shade rather than promising a match we cannot hold.

1.7 Can you help me create a unique sole pattern for better grip?

Yes. Our engineers cut a custom sole mold and test the pattern on wet tile, loose sand and smooth gym flooring. You get a tread that is yours alone, which also makes the pair harder to copy. Tooling for a new sole mold usually takes 15 to 20 days, and the mold stays in our factory for your reorders.

1.8 Do you support small startup brands with limited design resources?

Startups are a steady part of our order book. We let you start from an existing proven model, then change colors, strap width and logo to make it yours, which keeps tooling near zero. MOQ starts at 300 pairs per style. We treat it as a real order, not a favor, and the same QC applies.

1.9 Can you make slides using recycled or eco-friendly materials?

Yes. We run GRS-certified recycled EVA and recycled rubber, and we can pair those with recycled polyester webbing. Performance stays close to virgin material, and we supply the traceability documents your retailer will ask for in Europe or the US. Eco options add roughly 5 to 10 percent to unit cost depending on the recycled content share.

Sampling & Prototyping Process

2.1 How long does it take to produce a custom slide sample?

A color or logo change on an existing mold takes 10 to 12 days. A fully new design with a unique sole pattern or a new material takes 15 to 20 days. We send photos at each step and ship by DHL or FedEx, which adds 3 to 7 days in transit depending on your city.

2.2 Do you charge for samples, and is the fee refundable?

Yes, we charge for samples because each one costs material and labor. Typical sample fees run from $50 to $200 depending on how much tooling or new material the design needs. When you place a bulk order that meets the agreed MOQ, we refund the full sample fee against the order. That keeps your risk on samples low and our quote honest.

2.3 Can I request multiple rounds of sample revisions?

Yes. The first revision is free unless it changes the material or the mold. Further rounds carry a small charge based on what has to be remade. We do not open the bulk line until you sign off on color, logo, strap tension and footbed feel. Most buyers settle in two rounds; a complex new sole can take three.

MOQ & Order Flexibility

3.1 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom slides?

MOQ is 300 pairs per style for a logo or color change on an existing mold. A brand-new sole mold pushes the MOQ to 500 to 800 pairs, because the tooling only pays off at that volume. If you are testing a market, we can combine two or three styles to reach the minimum and keep your cash tied up for less time.

3.2 Can I mix different styles, colors, or sizes in one order?

Yes. You can combine styles, colors and sizes in one order, which is how most retailers test demand. The only rule is 50 to 100 pairs per style and color so the line can run efficiently. Buyers often mix spa slides, pool slides and a lifestyle model in one container, then reorder only what sold.

Quality Control & Compliance

4.1 Are your slides compliant with international safety standards?

Yes. Our slides are tested to REACH for the EU and California Prop 65 for the US, and we run our quality system to ISO 9001. Testing covers slip resistance, strap pull strength, colorfastness and phthalate content. We keep the reports on file and send copies with your shipment so your customs broker and retailer have what they need.

4.2 Do your factories hold social compliance certifications?

Yes. Our partner factories hold BSCI certification, covering fair wages, safe working hours and no child labor. Audits are repeated each year, and we share the latest report with buyers who need it for their vendor onboarding. That paperwork matters most for retailers selling into Europe, North America and the Middle East, where vendor audits are routine.

Logistics & After-Sales Support

5.1 What is the lead time for mass production after sample approval?

Bulk production runs 45 to 60 days after you approve the sample, depending on volume and how many colors are in the run. We send a dated schedule at order confirmation covering material arrival, molding, assembly and final QC. Ocean freight to Europe adds 30 to 40 days, so most buyers plan a full season three months ahead.

5.2 What is your after-sales policy for defective products?

If a manufacturing defect reaches you, send photos or video within 30 days of delivery. We verify the fault, then replace the units, credit your next order or refund, whichever you prefer. We cover the shipping on replacements. Claims are usually closed within 15 working days, and we log the fault so the same issue does not repeat.
