Sport Sandal Manufacturer – Quick-Dry Straps, Trail & River
OEM & ODM outdoor sport sandals, MOQ from 300 pairs, private label straps and logos, and partner plants in three provinces
Sport sandals built to your tech pack, shipped on schedule
Trail and river designs
We build each outdoor sport sandal around the terrain it is sold for, then run it through three inspection points before it ships.
Private label straps, colors and logo placement
Our private label program lets you set strap width, webbing type, color and where the logo sits. OEM programs start from your tech pack or from a reference pair.
Strap, sole and waterproof testing
Every sport sandal is pull-tested at the strap anchor, flex-tested at the sole bond and checked for water resistance. Failed pairs are pulled before packing, not after they reach your warehouse.
As an athletic sandal supplier, Shoetec handles packaging, freight booking and after-sales claims in the same office that runs your order, so you deal with one contact from sample to delivery.
Sport Sandals Built for Wet Trails and Long Days
Ergonomic footbeds, breathable webbing and a lugged outsole. We build each pair for outdoor adventure first, then adjust the strap build for city wear.
Athletic Sandals for Gyms, Trails and Training Floors
From gym floors to gravel paths, our athletic sandals hold the foot steady and keep their shape through a full season of retail turnover.
Private Label Sport Sandals with Your Own Silhouette
Work with us on private label customization to change the strap lines, midsole height and hardware, so the sandal reads as your brand and not a catalog item.
OEM Outdoor Sandals for Rain, Rock and River Crossings
Our OEM outdoor sandals use reinforced toe bumpers, water-resistant webbing and a rubber outsole rated for wet rock and loose gravel.
Prototype in Weeks, MOQ from 300 Pairs
Test a new midsole without tooling a full mold first. Small batch runs start at 300 pairs, so a new brand can launch a season and reorder only the styles that sell.
QC on Straps, Soles and Comfort Before Shipment
Each batch is checked at intake, in-line and final AQL 2.5. Inspectors record outsole grip, strap strength and footbed comfort before the carton is closed and labeled.

Shoetec Sport Sandals FAQ
1.1 Can you make sport sandals that look and perform like the big brands?
We can build the comfort and grip people expect from big-name trail sandals while keeping every pattern original. Our engineers study arch support, strap layout and tread design, then run a trademark check before we cut tooling. No brand marks are copied, and you get the sole drawing and tech pack to review before production starts.
1.2 Do you offer custom designs for startups or just large brands?
Both. A startup can start from an existing proven sandal, then change straps, colors and branding to make it their own, with MOQ from 300 pairs. Larger brands usually send a tech pack and we run a full ODM development around it. The QC and materials are the same no matter the order size, so a small first run carries the same standard as a container.
1.3 How do you ensure the arch support meets specific market needs?
We adjust arch height, midsole contour and last shape to the market and the use. A casual walking sandal for Europe gets mild support; a trail hiking model gets a stiffer midsole and a deeper heel cup. We check foot-length data for the target region, then wear-test the pair with local users before we lock the mold.
1.4 Can you customize strap configurations for different sports activities?
Yes. Running and fast hiking get adjustable webbing and a heel strap that holds the foot on descents. Water sports get quick-dry webbing and drainage channels. Long-distance hiking gets padded straps and a wider forefoot. You can also add a removable forefoot strap or a toe bumper. We build the strap system around the activity, not one shape for everything.
1.5 Is it possible to use sustainable materials for custom sport sandals?
Yes. We offer GRS-certified recycled polyester webbing, bio-based EVA midsoles and recycled rubber outsoles. They hold up under the same strap and abrasion tests as virgin material, and we pass the traceability documents to you for your retailer. Expect about 5 to 10 percent higher unit cost, depending on how much recycled content you want in the spec.
1.6 Can you help develop a complete sport sandal collection for seasonal launches?
Yes. We can build a range that covers trail, water and everyday sport at three or four price points, with a shared color palette and consistent branding. That means one production window and one set of QC checks instead of juggling several suppliers. Most brands launch with four to six styles, then add one or two each season based on sell-through.
2.1 How long does it take to produce a custom sport sandal sample?
A color or strap change on an existing mold takes 10 to 15 days. A fully new design with a new midsole or mold takes 20 to 25 days. Samples ship by DHL or FedEx, usually 3 to 7 days in transit. We photograph each stage so you can see arch height, strap fit and tread before the sample leaves the factory.
2.2 Do you charge for samples, and is the fee refundable?
Yes, sample fees cover material and labor and typically run $80 to $300 per pair depending on tooling and new material. When you place a bulk order that meets the agreed MOQ, the full sample fee is refunded against the order. That way the sample cost drops out of your launch budget once the style moves to production.
2.3 Can I request multiple rounds of sample revisions?
Yes. The first revision is free unless it changes material or a mold. Later rounds carry a small fee based on what has to be remade. We keep the bulk line closed until you sign off on arch support, strap comfort and grip. Most sport sandal programs settle in two rounds; a brand-new midsole can take three.
3.1 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sport sandals?
MOQ is 300 pairs per style when you work from an existing mold. A brand-new sole or midsole mold raises it to 500 to 800 pairs, because tooling only makes sense at that volume. If you are testing a market, we can combine two styles to hit the minimum and lower your first-order exposure.
3.2 Can I mix different styles, colors, or sizes in one order?
Yes. Styles, colors and sizes can be combined in one order, which suits retailers testing a new category. We ask for 50 to 100 pairs per style and color so the line runs efficiently. Buyers often mix a trail model, a water model and a lighter leather sandal or slide in the same shipment, then reorder the winners.
4.1 Are your sport sandals compliant with international safety standards?
Yes. We test to REACH for the EU, California Prop 65 for the US and run our quality system to ISO 9001. Sport sandals are checked for slip resistance, strap pull strength, abrasion and material safety. Reports are kept on file and sent with your shipment, so your broker and your retail buyer both have the paperwork on hand.
4.2 Do your factories hold social compliance certifications?
Yes. Our partner factories hold BSCI certification, which covers fair wages, safe working hours and no child labor. Audits repeat each year and we share the latest report with any buyer who needs it for vendor onboarding. That matters most for retailers selling into Europe and North America, where audits are part of the buying process.
5.1 What is the lead time for mass production after sample approval?
Bulk production runs 45 to 60 days after you approve the sample, depending on volume and color count. We send a dated schedule at order confirmation covering material arrival, molding, assembly and final QC. Ocean freight to Europe adds 30 to 40 days, so plan a full season roughly three months ahead of your ship date.
5.2 What is your after-sales policy for defective products?
If a defect reaches you, send photos or video within 30 days of delivery. We verify the fault and then replace the units, credit your next order or refund, whichever you choose. Replacement shipping is on us. Claims close within 15 working days, and we log the cause so the same fault does not return in your next batch.
