1.4 Can you integrate proprietary waterproof membranes instead of Gore-Tex?
Yes. We can source unbranded waterproof membranes that breathe well and cost less than a branded one, then test them to international waterproofing standards. You get the feature without paying a licence fee on every pair.
1.5 Is it possible to use recycled or eco-friendly materials for the whole shoe?
Yes. We run GRS-certified recycled plastics, organic cotton and bio-based foams, and we can trace each component back through the chain of custody. Tell us your sustainability targets and we will propose a material mix that supports the claims you want to make in the EU and US.

We match Pantone across laces, linings and midsoles using custom dye lots, so colour holds across a large run. You get physical swatches to approve before mass production starts.
1.9 How do you protect our design intellectual property?
We sign an NDA before any work starts. Moulds and design files sit in a controlled folder and are never shown to another client or used in our own sales. Your designs remain yours.
1.10 Can you add custom branding elements like reflective logos or special lacing systems?
Reflective prints, custom lace locks and embossed logos are routine work for our OEM service. Details like these lift how the shoe reads on a shelf. Ask for examples from other brands and we will send photos.
2.1 How long does it take to get the first sample made?
The first prototype is usually done in 10 to 25 days, depending on design complexity and material availability. A change to an existing model sits near 10 days; a new mould takes longer. We keep the pace up but will not rush the initial fit.
2.2 Can we order just one sample to check the quality before committing?
Yes — order one pair first. Handling the sample tells you more about our stitching and materials than any brochure. Send your size and shipping details and we will get it out.
2.3 What if the first sample doesn't fit our expectations perfectly?
Revisions are normal, not a problem. We adjust the last, the materials or the construction until it is right, and our engineers explain why they changed what they changed. We keep going until the sample meets your performance and finish targets.
2.4 Do you charge for samples and can this be refunded later?
There is a sample fee to cover materials and labour, and it is refundable against your bulk order. We itemise the cost upfront so there are no surprises later.
2.5 Can you send samples to multiple offices for our team to test?
Yes. We can make several sample pairs so design, marketing and your testers can all review at once. Give us the quantity and the delivery addresses with your request.
2.6 How do you handle sample shipping to ensure they arrive quickly?
Samples go by DHL or FedEx. Use your own courier account or let us book and bill the freight, whichever suits your admin. Tracking arrives as soon as the parcel leaves us.
2.7 Can the sample include the final packaging we plan to use?
Yes. We can sample with your shoebox and tissue so you see the retail presentation, not just the shoe. Send packaging dielines and we run the boxes alongside the footwear.
2.8 What information do you need from us to start the sampling process?
A tech pack, sketches, or a reference photo plus your goals is enough to start. Without a tech pack, we draft one from your notes. More upfront detail means a closer first sample.
2.9 Do you offer 3D digital samples before making physical ones?
We send 3D renderings so proportion and colour issues are settled before any material is cut. It saves a round of sampling and makes remote sign-off straightforward.
2.10 Can we test the sample for waterproofing and durability in our own lab?
Yes, please do. Our prototypes use the same materials and process as mass production, so your lab results will hold. Share them with us and we will tune the build further.
3.1 What is your minimum order quantity for trail running shoes?
MOQ depends on the model and materials rather than one fixed figure. A new brand can start small to test the market; an established one can scale straight away. Tell us your estimated volume and we will quote against it.

Sea freight for bulk orders, air freight when time matters or the batch is small. For EU and US routes we work with forwarders who clear customs without drama.
5.2 Do you handle customs documentation for exports?

5.3 What is your after-sales policy for defective products?
