Manufacturing Custom & Private Label Winter Boots
Shoetec has been making winter footwear in Jinjiang, Fujian since 2005, and we now produce insulated boots, snow boots and fashion winter boots on the same partner-factory network. Each pair is built around a waterproof membrane, 200 g to 800 g of Thinsulate or equivalent insulation, and a PU or vulcanised rubber outsole tested down to -25°C. We hold BSCI, ISO 9001 and GRS certificates and ship about 1.5 million pairs a year to 30+ brands across Europe, North America and the Middle East, with a 98% on-time delivery rate over the last twelve months.
Our insulated winter boots factory setup supports a flexible 800-pair MOQ per style and colour, with carry-over re-orders dropping to 300 to 500 pairs. Sampling off an existing last takes about 10 days; new last tooling adds roughly 15 days. Bulk production runs 45 to 60 days after golden-sample sign-off, and shipments leave Xiamen by sea or air with HS codes, certificates of origin and any lab reports your broker needs.
